zzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz...what? Huh? Oh right,the review...
Boring...thats the word I'd use to describe this. Peter Weller's barely audible monotoned performance doesn't help much either. Pretty much every time he talked, not only could I barely hear what the fuck he was saying, but hearing him talk damn near put me to sleep.
The plot is a garbled up mess and all over the place in a bad way, which makes the bizarre imagery seem very nonsensical.
Pretty much the only things keeping me from falling asleep were when the giant bug typewritters or the "MugWumps" came out. It also had a few cool parts that I'm not gonna spoil.
Making it all the way through this film was definatly a test of patience and a difficult endevour, but I managed to pull it off. So far, this is Cronenberg's worst film...
3/5

Meh, I dug it. The story had me interested the whole time and the freakish shit happening through out the film was more then enough to keep my attention. But fuck, i'd say 3/5 for a supposed worst film is pretty damn good.

I remember renting this when I was much younger. The only thing that sticks out in my mind is the fact that I didnt watch more than 20 minutes of it. Perhaps I could make it through it these days. I mean I did watch the The Grudge all the way through and that was one of the most boring pieces of shit Ive ever endured.
