I just experienced something that freaked me out...bare with me.
I was making copies of my CD resume to send out to possible employers sometime in the future. The computer decided to screw with me by not moving the actual executible file (.EXE file for those that don't know what executible means) of the interactive resume onto the CD I was burning,so I had to litterally unplug the computer, which is on a strip which has other things plugged in including my printer. Long story short,I tried it again in a different way and it worked. I made 2 CD copies.
Anyway, after I had unplugged it,I had forgotten to turn on the printer when I turned the computer back on,and since I needed the printer to print my CD labels and insert,I had to reboot my computer again so it would recognise that I turned my printer on (it won't do it if you turn the printer on while the computer has already been running). When I turn the printer on,it starts to make a loud stuttering noise and even shakes around rather violently! I tried to manually turn it off,but it wouldn't turn off,so I had to pull the plug again. I then plugged it back in,turned the computer on,and then turned the printer on again (with caution of course) and it worked just fine...
Its probably nothing, but I just thought I'd share that since it freaked my ass out and maybe others know what caused that...
